Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling mill equipment according to work orders and engineering specifications.
• Perform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other required production processes.
• Develop rolling pass schedules and monitor material throughout the rolling process.
• Inspect materials using precision measuring equipment and established visual quality standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout production and identify potential process or material issues.
• Record production data, material traceability, and process information in company systems.
• Perform equipment inspections, lubrication, and routine startup/shutdown procedures.
• Operate forklifts, lifts, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Follow established production procedures and ISO quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support other manufacturing activities as production needs require.

Your Schedule

This is a full-time position at our Euclid, Ohio manufacturing facility.

What You Will Do

You will operate rolling mill equipment and support related production processes to manufacture refractory metal products that meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.

Your work will include:

• Operate rolling mill equipment according to work orders and engineering specifications
• Perform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other required production processes
• Develop rolling pass schedules and monitor material throughout the rolling process
• Inspect materials using precision measuring equipment and established visual quality standards

This Is Hands-On Manufacturing Work
