Job summary

Roller Die + Forming USA in Rossville, GA seeks a skilled Roll Form Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal components according to specifications, monitor processes and ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience with calipers and tape measures, and the ability to read blueprints. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect outputs, and collaborate with teammates to meet production

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Experience as Roll Form Operator or similar role preferred.
Proficient with calipers and tape measure.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiar with safety regulations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal components per specifications.
Monitor production and adjust processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance against drawings.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
Document production data and report issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.
