Job summary

The ideal candidate will set up and troubleshoot various manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and maintain strong team collaboration while adhering to company policies. An educational background in high school or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with basic computer skills.
• Able to operate Windows and non-Windows formats.
• Familiarity with LEAN principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machines.
• Maintain quality production and perform inspections.
