Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations.
• Prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare proposals and assist with bid submissions.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and trade partners.
• Assist with change orders and estimate revisions.
• Maintain estimating records and pricing databases.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
