Responsibilities

• Learn to manipulate relay components under 10X–20X magnification using small tools.
• Operate relay adjust-test stations to tune contact brackets and voltages.
• Magnetize relay magnets and set transfer voltages per specs.
• Re-magnetize and fine-tune performance parameters to meet specs.
• Fabricate relay assemblies and assist in assembly processes.
• Perform micro-cleaning and read detailed process documentation.
• Maintain quality and accuracy in repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
• Follow clean room safety procedures and PPE requirements.
