Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, organization and time management.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Good English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, and evaluate hot runner systems.
• Document inspection findings and identify repair needs.
• Clean, repair, rebuild, and reassemble components.
• Install and adjust components for proper fit and function.
• Read mechanical drawings and assembly docs.
• Use hand, power tools and fixtures safely.
• Perform product testing and heat testing for quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Communicate concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
