Job summary

Mojo Medical is seeking a dependable Receiving Specialist to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role centers on accurate inventory reception, inspection, and management, with additional support for shipping and order fulfillment as needed.

This position suits someone who thrives on precision, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Requires strong attention to detail and organization.
Experience with hospital supply chain, sterile processing, or surgical supply preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
BA/BS degree is a plus but relevant experience considered in place of degree.

Responsibilities

Create and reconcile purchase orders.
Receive, inspect, and verify surgical products (sterile integrity, expiration dates).
Perform precise data entry and maintain inventory records.
Communicate clearly with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Acquisitions).
Assist with product descriptions, market research, and cost/price determinations.
Identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
Organize and shelve inventory in warehouse.
Pick, pack, and process domestic and international orders (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Perform moderate lifting and carrying of parcels (up to 40 lbs).
