Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate rebar products per work orders and tags, ensuring correct size, bends, quantities, and dimensions.
• Operate and adjust rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, machines) for quality output.
• Organize, stack, band, and stage materials to support production flow.
• Inspect finished materials using visual checks and measurements to ensure spec compliance.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot, adjust processes to maintain quality.
• Prepare finished products for shipment with proper bracing and padding to prevent damage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety policies and training; report hazards.
• Work indoors and outdoors; adapt to weather conditions.
