Job summary

White Cap is seeking a production-focused team member to manufacture customized rebar products in alignment with work orders and customer specifications. The role involves safe operation of rebar fabrication equipment, material handling, and preparing finished goods for shipment in an industrial setting.

You will work indoors and outdoors, with potential exposure to weather and loud environments. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience in rebar fabrication and reading work

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in rebar fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) according to work orders and tags.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment.
• Stacks, bands, stages, and organizes materials per production flow.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Prepares finished products for shipment with protective materials.
