Job summary

White Cap is seeking a hands-on laborer to manufacture customized rebar products in accordance with work orders and customer specifications. You will operate rebar fabrication equipment, handle materials, and prepare finished products for shipment in an industrial environment.

The role involves indoor/outdoor work, exposure to varying weather, and adherence to safety policies. HS Diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience are preferred, with forklift/crane certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 0–2 years in related role.
• Experience reading work orders and rebar tags.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification required, where applicable.
• Use of PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) per work orders and tags.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment.
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials according to production flow.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformance.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective packaging.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety policies.
