Qualifications

• Must possess a Class B or A CDL license with air brake endorsement.
• Maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience; ready to train in Ready-Mix procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and flexible to workload.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Safety-conscious and able to exercise good judgment during unloading and operation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ready-mix concrete from the batching plant to job sites.
• Provide professional customer service with contractors and site personnel.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on truck and plant/yard areas.
• Keep mixer truck clean and maintain concrete consistency during transport.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections via electronic tablet.
• Monitor concrete mix and sign delivery tickets and waivers as required.
• Protect PPE standards and follow DOT and safety requirements.
• Assist with plant/yard maintenance and yard pours as needed.
