Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to join County Ready Mix in Groveland, FL. The driver transports concrete from the batching plant to job sites, maintains mix quality, and provides professional customer service.

Required: CDL Class B or A with air brake endorsement, active DOT qualification, and at least 2 years’ driving experience. Must be safety-minded and able to train on Ready-Mix procedures, with pre-/post-trip inspections and teamwork.

Qualifications

• CDL class B or A with air brake endorsement required.
• Active DOT qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience; Ready-Mix training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver readymix concrete from batching plant to job sites.
• Demonstrate professional customer service with contractors and site personnel.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on truck and plant/yard areas.
• Complete pretrip and posttrip vehicle inspections.
