Hendrick Motorsports in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assembly Technician to contribute to the build of race cars and prepare them for the track. You will assemble components, read engineering drawings, and enter production data using PLM software.

The role requires versatility across mechanical assembly tasks, attention to quality, and teamwork within a fast paced environment. Regular attendance and willingness to work varied shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Versatile and able to work on all aspects of a race car.
• Good attitude and able to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assemble race cars and components from bodywork to interior components.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assemble at assigned workstations using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fixtures.
• Verify quality and document defects on vehicle documents.
• Enter production data using PLM software.
• Ensure high quality of work following internal methodologies.
