BTD Manufacturing, Inc. is a fast-growing metalworking company with four facilities in the Midwest and Southeast. We seek a quality inspector to perform in-process and setup inspections, read blueprints, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety policies.

You will use basic inspection tools, enter data into Axapta, and maintain QA standards. A high school diploma and basic software skills are required, with a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic math ability.
• Familiar with computerized inventory systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Understanding of safety requirements and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-process and setup inspections.
• Use caliper, micrometer, height gauge for inspections.
• Perform basic math to support inspection.
• Create Non-Conformance reports and communicate findings.
• Expand knowledge of parts and production processes.
• Enter inventory of patterns into Axapta.
• Follow QA and safety policies.
• Create permanent and temporary patterns as needed.
• Comply with Quality System and Processes.
