Mativ Holdings, Inc. is a global leader in specialty materials headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.

We seek an entry-level Quality Inspector to visually inspect finished products and ensure they meet specifications, reporting to the Laminator Team Leader. Responsibilities include 100% visual inspections, sorting defects at high hourly rates, loading packaging, recording production data, and maintaining cleanroom standards.

Qualifications

• 1-year hands-on experience in a production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Basic computer skills using Word and Excel.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• 100% visual inspection of products.
• Verify product quality in accordance to product specifications.
• Sort defects at a minimum of 1,000 products per hour for OTC/regular items.
• Assemble and roll up OTC products as per production requirements.
