Job summary

Two Ladders is seeking a Quality/Metrology Technician to support and lead the precision lab in meeting production goals. You will coordinate daily workflows, calibrate equipment, and verify parts against drawings using CMM programs.

The role requires technical education, 1 year of related experience, and strong communication. You will collaborate with production engineers and staff to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Technical Education or equivalent experience
• 1 year related work experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Plex
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate precision lab daily workflow to support objectives
• Ensure precision lab equipment operates correctly
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily/weekly/monthly measurements
• Support die confirmation activity for new/repaired dies
• Determine best method to verify products from parts/drawings
• Write CMM programs for production parts and gauges
