Job summary

Chandler Industries LLC in Wisconsin's Lake Mills area is seeking a Quality Tech II to join our precision manufacturing team. You will perform quality inspection on materials, components, and finished parts, interpret drawings, and support Gage R&R, PPAPs, and GD&T tasks.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication with operators and QA staff. Responsibilities include maintaining CMM programs, recording data, and contributing to lean initiatives, 5S standards, and

Qualifications

• ISO 9001:AS9100 and ISO 13485 experience preferred
• 3+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of metrology, including measurement machines (CMM)
• Proficient reading/writing in English language

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and products using drawings, blueprints, and specs across production stages.
• Verify first piece, conduct Gage R&R, CPk, and PPAPs.
• Read and interpret drawings; handle GD&T with limited guidance.
• Maintain tools and equipment for measurements.
• Conduct dimensional, bore, plate-based and functional inspections.
• Create and maintain CMM programs and fixturing.
• Document inspection data and maintain quality records.
• Write NCRs and communicate results to operators and QA staff.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and supplier quality.
• Maintain 5S and safety compliance; participate in Lean.
