Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Gardner, MA is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure wire and cable products meet work orders, specs, and customer requirements. You will inspect in-process and finished goods, document results, and communicate adjustments to production teams.

You will use micrometers, calipers, gauges and other test equipment, maintain calibration of tools, and help maintain a clean inspection area to support on-time delivery and traceability.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work orders, specs, drawings and inspection instructions.
• Able to use measuring equipment and verify conformance to requirements.
• English language reading/writing and clear communication.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of wire and cable products.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges to verify dimensions and workmanship.
• Identify nonconforming product and communicate adjustments to operators.
• Complete inspection logs, and maintain calibration status of tools.
• Support traceability and on-time delivery through accurate records.
