• Verify dimensions such as conductor size, insulation thickness, cable OD, and length.
• Record inspection results in reports and electronic systems.
• Segregate, label, and document nonconforming product.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Coach operators on documentation practices.
• Audit active production runs and verify measurements.
