Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform visual and dimensional inspections on in-process and finished parts, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, work orders, and quality standards.

You will use precision instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges, and document findings on inspection sheets and travelers, collaborating with peers to trace nonconformances and maintain regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints and interpret GD&T, and apply inspection methodologies.
• Strong math skills including units, fractions, decimals and whole numbers.
• Effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on in-process and finished parts.
• Operate inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) and optical devices as needed.
• Complete inspection records, checklists and documentation accurately.
• Identify non-conforming products and generate nonconformance reports.
• Ensure traceability on travelers and inspection sheets.
