Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a quality inspector to support day-to-day quality activities, including inspection of products, raw materials, and equipment. You will verify conformance to specifications and customer requirements, generate reports, and assist with continual improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using micrometers and calipers, and performing First Article Inspections while communicating effectively with engineering, support, and customers.

Qualifications

• High school or technical diploma plus 1–5 years of related experience.
• ASQ CQT certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and inspection of components and assemblies.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; ability to learn custom software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications, drawings, and standards to determine quality requirements.
• Inspect supplier components and internally assembled products.
• Qualification of products/processes for multiple characteristics and sampling plans.
• Record data, prepare nonconforming material reports, and issue certifications.
• Perform First Article Inspections and support internal teams on product specs.
