Job summary

G.A. Rogers & Associates in Warren, NJ is seeking an Inspector for a temp-to-hire role dedicated to quality inspection of small/m mechanical parts. You will check parts against the test plan, read engineering drawings, and document results clearly to support decisions.

Hours are Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay is $26/hr-$30/hr DOE. PrideStaff provides medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, holiday pay, and sick leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inspection experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO quality standards and Quality System Regulation.
• Experience with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Check parts as per the inspection/test plan.
• Document test results and decisions according to the test plan.
• Identify discrepancies and seek clarification when needed.
• Inspect component parts and assemblies against documented requirements.
• Perform visual and magnification inspection to ensure dimensions meet specifications.
• Read blueprints and inspect to tolerances of +/- .0001”.
• Reject products or materials not meeting specifications.
