Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Product Inspector to join our Final Control team in a production setting. The role focuses on visual and instrument-based inspection of end products, ensuring adherence to GMP and product specifications.

You will measure dimensions, assess defects, and document results in SAP, collaborating with production and quality teams to release or block batches as required. Knowledge of GMP and English is essential, with use of calibrated tools throughout the shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect end products visually and with instruments to ensure quality.
• Determine work sequence from delivery list.
• Familiarize with product types and specifications.
• Check and classify defects per specifications.
• Perform tests including needle guard force measurements.
• Enter test results into SAP.
• Measure dimensions using calipers and other tools.
• Review batch documentation for GMP compliance.
• Assign final product status for release or rejection.
