Job summary

FirmaPak is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure final products meet specifications through precise measurements and thorough record-keeping. You will execute inspections at all production stages, verify changeovers, and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to assign capable staff on the manufacturing floor.

Role requires attention to detail, experience with measuring devices, and the ability to perform audits and maintain quality records consistent with company standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy.
• Able to use measuring devices and perform audits.

Responsibilities

• Complete process inspections at all stages and record results.
• Verify changeovers and new product set-ups.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor for staffing on the floor.
• Perform finished goods/dock audits before warehouse release.
• Maintain and review quality paperwork for completeness.
• Complete nonconforming material reports and tag isolation.
• Conduct random inspections to test machine stability.
• Monitor quality plans and ensure required documentation is available.
• Perform First Piece and Last Piece inspections.
• Assist with breaks when time allows.
• Communicate with floor supervision professionally.
