Job summary

Envases Commerce, LLC in Waco, TX is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector for our high-volume aluminum end plant. You will execute measurements on can ends, document results, and promptly report non-conformities to leadership. The role supports lean manufacturing and SPC/QA processes.

Expect 12-hour rotating shifts, 4 days on/off, and responsibilities spanning shell, liner, and conversion testing with emphasis on traceability and compliance with SOPs. Experience with SAP preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Inspection in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using precision hand tools and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on can ends at all stages using precision instruments.
• Identify cosmetic and functional defects and report deviations immediately.
• Document test results in the plant QMS/SPC system and maintain logs.
