Qualifications

• Basic math skills and the ability to perform measurements accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and recordkeeping.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming materials, first articles, in-process components, and finished products.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering specifications, and routing sheets to verify production requirements and tolerance limits.
• Perform measurements to verify dimensions, fit, appearance, and performance.
• Conduct testing, including hardness and holiday testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot print, drawing, and BOM discrepancies.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate routing of nonconforming products for rework or corrective action.
• Investigate quality concerns and assist in resolving production issues.
• Communicate quality findings and deviations to production leadership.
• Recommend improvements to quality standards and inspection processes.
