Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality data records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks for standards compliance.
• Collaborate with production to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Interpret blueprints and quality control plans to ensure compliance.
