Job summary

Paulo-2 Kansas City is seeking a part inspector for hard ness testing and quality conformance. You will prepare parts for analysis, verify hardness using multiple testers, and document results for SPC reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Basic math, good communication, and weight/measure understanding.
• Experience in heat treating or a lab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for analysis and hardness testing.
• Check hardness with Rockwell, Brinell, micro hardness, and Equotip.
• Record results on logs and prepare SPC data.
• Transport parts to inspection area with forklift.
• Review customer specs and Paulo documents to ensure proper certification.
