Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in the United States to ensure materials and finished products meet quality standards. You will perform inspections, measurements, and visual tests, document results, and communicate findings to production staff.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good math and data entry skills, and the ability to create clear inspection reports. Experience with quality control methods such as Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document results clearly.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and quality system use.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting materials and products.
• Analytical skills to identify and evaluate quality issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Good hand-eye coordination for using measurement and inspection tools.
• Ability to prepare and communicate clear inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and measurement tests and reject or return materials that do not meet standards.
• Inspect in-process production by verifying specifications and communicating adjustments to operators.
• Approve products by verifying specifications and returning nonconforming items for rework.
• Verify completed rework, place questionable products on hold, and report waste.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and entering data into quality databases.
• Maintain measuring equipment by following calibration procedures and reporting repairs.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Review technical publications and participate in training to maintain job knowledge.
