AHF Products is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure materials and finished products meet quality standards and specifications. You will perform inspections, measurements, and visual tests, document results, and communicate with production staff to maintain compliance.

This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and 1–2 years of QC experience. Familiarity with measurement tools such as meters, gauges, calipers, and quality data systems is preferred,

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of quality inspector experience preferred.
• Experience with measurement tools (meters, gauges, calipers) and quality systems.
• Six Sigma experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform visual and measurement tests and reject or return materials that do not meet quality standards.
• Inspect in-process production and verify specifications, perform tests, and communicate adjustments to operators.
• Approve products by verifying specifications, using quality tools, and returning nonconforming items for rework.
• Verify completed rework, place questionable products on hold, and identify and report waste.
• Document inspection results by completing reports, maintaining logs, and entering data into quality databases.
• Maintain measuring equipment by following operating and calibration procedures and reporting repair needs.
• Follow the AHF Quality Control Inspector Training Manual and take responsibility for quality incidents in the assigned area.
• Support quality and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by AHF Management.
