Job summary

MACOM in Nashua, NH seeks a Quality Control Inspector to ensure incoming, in-process and final materials meet specifications. The role requires microscope-based inspections, precise documentation, and clear communication with quality, manufacturing, suppliers and customers.

You will generate data, maintain reports, issue non-conformance reports, and drive corrective actions. Proficiency with SAP, Agile, Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred, along with knowledge of IPC standards and ESD handling.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years QC inspection experience.
• Read and interpret piece part and assembly prints.
• Perform inspections using microscope and measuring tools.
• Complete, review and maintain acceptance documentation.
• Responsible for initial entry and assignment of non-conformance reports (NMRs).
• Preferred experience with Mil-PRF-38534; IPC-600 & 610; J-STD-001.
• ESD handling required.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections with minimal assistance.
• Report non-conformances and collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing to drive corrective actions.
• Maintain acceptance documentation and data for quality records.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members, suppliers, and customers.
