Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associates degree in a physical or biological science is preferred.
• Experience in quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts manual visual inspection of drug product packaging and medical device components.
• Uses light boxes and microscopes to identify defects and ensure material quality.
• Completes, reviews, and reconciles inspection records to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Maintains laboratory supplies and performs routine maintenance to support operations.
• Participates in training and competency assessments for visual inspection.
• Adheres to cGMP, safety, and gowning/PPE requirements.
• Supports high-throughput inspection activities with sustained focus and accuracy.
• Documents inspection results using computerized systems.
• Collaborates with team and communicates findings for timely resolution of issues.
