Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; an associate degree in a physical or biological science is preferred.
• Experience in quality control or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a visual acuity exam per SOP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts manual visual inspection of drug product packaging and medical device components using light boxes and microscopes to identify defects.
• Uses inspection tools to evaluate and characterize defects accurately.
• Maintains inspection records and logbooks to ensure cGMP compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintains supplies and performs routine laboratory upkeep to support operations.
• Participates in training and competency assessments for visual inspection.
• Adheres to cGMP, safety, and gowning/PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
• Supports high-throughput inspection while sustaining focus and accuracy.
