Responsibilities

• Perform manual visual inspection of drug packaging and medical device components using light boxes and microscopes.
• Use magnifiers, size estimation charts, and optical comparators to assess defects.
• Complete and reconcile inspection records and logs to ensure cGMP and internal procedure compliance.
• Maintain laboratory supplies and perform routine maintenance to support operations.
• Participate in training and competency assessments for visual inspection.
• Adhere to cGMP, PPE, and safety requirements.
