Conduct routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products against engineering blueprints and specification sheets.
Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify product dimensions.
Document inspection results clearly and accurately in our digital tracking system.
Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials to prevent them from moving further down the production line.
Collaborate directly with assembly and machining teams to address quality issues in real-time.
At least one year of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Hands-on experience using standard mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges).
Basic computer literacy for logging inspection data and navigating inventory software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to team members.
Physical capability to stand, walk the production floor, and safely lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
