  • Hands-on experience using standard mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges).
  • Basic computer literacy for logging inspection data and navigating inventory software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to team members.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk the production floor, and safely lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
