Job summary

Door Controls USA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Texas. You will perform dimensional inspections, read engineering drawings, and verify components meet customer specifications using calipers, micrometers, and Keyence vision systems.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of QC experience, strong GD&T knowledge, and excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prolonged standing and lifting are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in quality control.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Proficiency with GD&T and reading complex drawings.
• Familiarity with Keyence inspection systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Program and use Keyence vision measurement systems for inspections.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to ensure compliance.
• Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
• Identify non-conformances and support root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain calibration of inspection equipment.
