Responsibilities

• Performs in-process visual and dimensional inspections on injection molded parts against established standards.
• Performs complete part inspection by measuring dimensions such as length, diameter, and distance between reference points using precision instruments to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Maintains a record of inspections and prepares a list of defects, interacts with other departments to ensure compliance with specifications, and facilitates acceptance of parts.
