Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support manufactured parts and assemblies. You will perform visual and functional checks, measure critical dimensions, and ensure compliance with quality specifications.

You will document results, release conforming lots, and support root-cause actions. This on-site role emphasizes safety, proper PPE, and adherence to standard operating procedures to maintain production quality.

Qualifications

• Inspect molded parts for cycle time, defects, and critical measurements.
• Perform functional testing including leak and fit tests.
• Verify products meet established quality specifications and standards.
• Release molds that meet quality and production requirements.
• Document inspection results and reports to QA.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Inspect labels for proper information and traceability.
• Inspect assembled parts and packaged units for quality.
• Implement corrective actions when quality issues are found.
• Document inspection results, decisions, product releases, incidents and rework.
