Acero Precision, Inc. is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for the 3rd shift in West Chester, PA. You will perform in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components across multiple cells, interpreting drawings and GD&T to ensure customer spec compliance.

Join a team that uses calipers, micrometers, gauges, and calibration equipment to verify critical dimensions, conduct first-article inspections, and document results per procedures while supporting ISO 9001 and related standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quality inspection experience in precision machining or a related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and dimensional inspection methods.
• Experience completing inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components across multiple machining cells.
• Interpret engineering drawings and tolerances to verify compliance with customer specifications.
• Verify critical dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision equipment.
• Conduct first-article inspections and document results per procedures.
• Review inspection reports and production docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify non-conforming product and collaborate on corrective actions.
