Job summary

Acero Precision, Inc. in West Chester, PA is hiring a Quality Assurance Final Inspector for the 2nd shift to be the final defense in ensuring medical device components meet exact specifications.

You will read blueprints, detect defects, verify customer standards, support calibration and traceability, and help ensure on-time delivery in a climate-controlled, growth-focused manufacturing environment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements.
• Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects, often under magnification.
• Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment.
• Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
