Acero Precision is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Inspector for the 3rd shift in West Chester, PA. You will perform in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components across multiple cells, interpreting drawings, tolerances, and GD&T to verify compliance with customer specifications.

The role requires 2+ years in quality inspection, experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and documentation of inspection results.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quality inspection experience in precision machining.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Experience completing inspection reports and maintaining quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components.
• Interpret drawings, tolerances, GD&T to verify customer specs.
• Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators.
• Conduct first-article inspections and document results.
• Review inspection reports and production docs for accuracy.
• Identify non-conforming product and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection equipment and calibration records.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Identify quality issues early and support continuous improvement.
