Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a QC Inspector to visually and dimensionally inspect molded products, document results, and identify defects to protect product quality.

You will use calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and pin gauges, enter data accurately, support containment and 5S, and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule on site. This temporary-to-hire role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience performing visual and dimensional inspections in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on molded products.
• Document results accurately and enter data into the system.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist with sorting and containment for quality issues.
• Review defects and communicate quality concerns to production.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures; maintain 5S.
• Support continuous improvement and keep work areas organized.
