K&S Manufacturing Ixonia, Wisconsin, United States is seeking a Punch Press Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm-12am) with shift differential in a 100% air-conditioned facility. The role involves operating stamping presses, reading drawings, and ensuring quality and safety in production.

You will use calipers and gauges, work from drawings and instructions, and collaborate with engineering on prototyping while maintaining paperwork and daily 6S duties. Reliability and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Proficient in reading blueprints and shop math.
• Able to use calipers, height gauges, and functional gauges.
• Focus on safety and quality while meeting production goals.

Responsabilidades

• Operate stamping presses from 150 ton to 800 ton; setup a plus.
• Work from internal and customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Be able to use calipers, height gauges, and functional gauges.
• Run production efficiently and collaborate with engineering on prototyping projects.
• Complete and maintain accurate shop paperwork.
• Perform daily 6S duties.
