Hydro - US Facilities in Cumming, GA seeks an experienced Manual Machinist to work on precision pump components in a shop environment. Your day includes setting up manual lathes, VTLs, and mills to produce impellers, wear rings, housings, covers, and seals to tight specs.

You will read drawings, calculate bolt circles with geometry, and use inspection tools to verify dimensions, contributing to process improvements and safe shop operations.

Qualifications

• Strong shop math and geometry applied to angles, radii, bolt circles.
• Experience interpreting drawings and precision measurement.
• Proven ability to machine large parts using manual machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and machine custom pump components in a job-shop environment.
• Produce impellers, wear rings, bearing housings, covers and seals to exact specs.
• Interpret drawings and measure with inspection tools to record readings.
