Qualifications

• Proven assembly experience.
• Understanding of quality control principles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using BOMs and engineering drawings.
• Interpret diagrams and written instructions.
• Document labor by recording time for each job.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure completed components to verify specs.
• Identify defective items and handle per procedures.
• Resolve assembly problems by communicating with peers or supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, presses, ovens, and other light-duty equipment.
• May perform painting, laser etching, sewing, or plastic thermoforming.
