Elbit Systems of America, LLC is seeking a production associate to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will operate production equipment, assemble components, monitor workflow, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires following standardized work, maintaining a clean workspace, and promptly communicating issues that could affect production.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Electronics or electrical certification or relevant coursework required.
• Prefer one year of prior production experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment and monitor workflow to ensure quality.
• Assemble components and read work specifications, flow charts and drawings.
• Use ERP systems to track products and input data accurately.
• Perform tests using visual, automated and manual test methods to verify form, fit and operational quality of image intensifiers.
• Follow test specifications with accuracy and repetition.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow standardized work instructions.
• Write legibly and document issues that could impact production quality.
