Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain spray painting equipment to apply precision finishes on a variety of parts.
• Mix paints, coatings, and solutions to spec.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering drawings.
• Rack/unrack parts and monitor drying for consistent results.
• Inspect finished parts against ISO9001/AS9100 quality standards.
• Track production counts and route parts to the next department.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safety-first.
