Job summary

Anoplate-Corporation is seeking a Production Painter for the 2nd shift (2:15pm-10:45pm, Monday–Friday) in the paint department. The role involves painting, silk screening, dry lube applications, and other organic processes to meet specifications with efficient throughput.

You will use painting equipment, perform masking, and verify quality with test instruments, while maintaining records and complying with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 50lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate painting and silk screen equipment per traveler instructions.
• Perform masking as required to meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and witness lines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical data sheets.
• Monitor inventories and communicate re-orders to purchasing.
• Complete daily department maintenance and PMs.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
