Job summary

BD is seeking a Hypo North Production Associate in Columbus West to operate equipment, perform quality checks, and enter SAP/MES data. You will work safely, meet production targets, and uphold BD quality systems and GMP standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or two years of manufacturing experience; MES familiarity is preferred. You will support cross-training, participate in changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or two years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with MES and SAP data entry preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate department equipment safely and produce quality products per documentation.
• Perform quality checks and changeovers; enter SAP/MES data.
• Maintain GMP compliance and uphold BD safety regulations.
• Support cross training and assist in root-cause analysis.
• Achieve production goals and reduce downtime.
