Job summary

BD is seeking a Hypo North Production Associate at our Columbus West location. The role requires operating equipment, performing inspections, and ensuring quality and safety per documentation. You will conduct changeovers, enter SAP/MES data, and support GMP standards while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

You will work as part of a team to meet production goals, participate in cross-training, and help drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• In lieu of HS diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with MES preferred.
• Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform product inspections to meet quality standards.
• Perform changeovers, line clearance and basic cleaning.
• Enter SAP/MES data and document processes.
• Maintain GMP compliance and a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and reduce downtime.
